Liquid biopsy · Varanasi, India
Precision diagnostics from a simple blood test.
Mirnow builds AI-enabled liquid biopsy tests that read signals in blood and urine, to help doctors make better cancer decisions with fewer unnecessary procedures.
The problem
PSA alone cannot reliably tell cancer from benign enlargement.
Prostate cancer decisions often start with a PSA test. Many men go on to a biopsy that turns out negative. Doctors need a clearer, non-invasive signal before that step.
Our approach
Reading small RNA signals in blood and urine.
Small RNA molecules change when cancer is present, and they are stable in blood and urine. Mirnow measures a focused panel of these markers by RT-qPCR and interprets them with a proprietary machine-learning model.
Non-invasive
A routine blood draw. No tissue needed.
Focused and affordable
A compact molecular panel on standard qPCR instruments, designed for Indian clinical settings.
Built on evidence
Peer-reviewed research and a prospective multicentre validation study at leading Indian institutions.

How it works
From a routine sample to a clear report.
- 01
Sample
A standard blood draw (or urine sample for future tests) is collected at the clinic and processed in our laboratory using standardised protocols.
At the clinic - 02
Measurement
A focused panel of markers is quantified by RT-qPCR, a proven and widely available technology.
In our lab - 03
AI interpretation
A proprietary machine-learning model combines the marker signals into a single result.
Machine learning - 04
Report
The referring doctor receives a clear report to support the next clinical decision.
